In this Sales Advisor role, you’ll be helping customers bring their projects to life, guiding them through the process from first enquiry right through to delivery and aftercare.

This isn’t a pushy retail environment. The focus is on building relationships, understanding what customers are trying to achieve, and delivering a genuinely high-end experience.

  • Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through products and options
  • Support customers across the showroom, phone, email and website enquiries
  • Help with quotations, orders, deliveries and ongoing customer support
  • Manage both customer-facing conversations and the admin side of sales
  • Work closely with the wider showroom team to keep everything running smoothly
  • Provide a high level of service throughout the full customer journey
