RME Consultants are working with an exciting business in London (N8) to find an Education Assistant Manager to join an established and growing team!

Role: Education Assistant Manager

Salary: £20.00 per hour (25-35 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent

Location: N8, London

Working Hours: This is a full time role, working between 25-35 hours per week. You will be working 4 days in the week, sometime between 10:00 – 19:30, and one day at the weekend (Saturday 9:30 – 13:30, Sunday 9:30 – 13:30).

Main Duties for the Education Assistant Manager:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the centre
  • Driving growth through sales activity and local outreach
  • Building relationships with schools, businesses and parents
  • Overseeing customer experience and student retention
  • Assessing students and supporting curriculum delivery
  • Supporting staff training and development
  • Monitoring performance and maintaining accurate reporting
  • Supporting centre costs and operational performance

Experience required for the Assistant Centre Manager (Education):

  • Experience within education or a customer-focused environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ambitious, resilient and people-focused
