RME Consultants is excited to be working with an established business seeking a Corporate Receptionist to support with growing business demands.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Main Duties for the Corporate Receptionist:
- Welcoming visitors and assisting them professionally
- Supporting new starters throughout their first week and inductions
- Assisting with document management including archiving, document retrieval and file closures
- Ensuring business-wide services are carried out, such as organising the collection of confidential waste
- Preparing office seating plans and meeting rooms
Experience required for the Corporate Receptionist:
- Experience of working in a front of house professional environment
- Must be well presented and confident communicating face-to-face, by phone and via email
- Must be computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft Office
