RME Consultants are working with a fast-growing organisation in the Aston Clinton area to find a Secretary to join their team.

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time office-based

Contract: Permanent

Location: Aston Clinton, Hertfordshire

Main Duties for the Secretary:

  • Produce documents and communications using various methods.
  • Manage and organise files and records as needed.
  • Handle outgoing mail and related materials.
  • Support general document processing tasks.
  • Help coordinate schedules and meetings.
  • Manage incoming phone enquiries.
  • Offer assistance to other team members when necessary.
  • Support less experienced colleagues when required.
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous way.
  • Participate in training and maintain personal development.
  • Maintain discretion with all sensitive information.

Experience required for the Secretary:

  • Previous office based experience
  • Comfortable using common computer applications.
  • Able to work at a good pace.
