RME Consultants are working with an organisation in the Oxford area to find a Part Time Administrator to join their team. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS OFFICE EXPERIENCE! Role: Part Time Administrator Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (Full time equivalent) Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 20 – 30 hours (flexible), fully office based Contract: Permanent Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire Main Duties for the Part Time Administrator: * Maintain and update systems and records as needed. * Prepare and share general reports and information. * Support registration processes and manage related paperwork. * Communicate with external contacts to resolve basic issues. * Provide general administrative support to the team. * Handle routine reception and communication tasks. * Assist with preparing materials and managing supplies. * Coordinate with partners and manage occasional orders. * Support basic financial processes and help arrange logistics. * Follow organisational procedures and assist with varied tasks as required.
