RME Consultants are recruiting an IT Support Technician to join their growing team. Role: IT Support Technician Salary: £24,000 – £26,500 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full time (shift work, 8am – 8pm or 8pm – 8am), 4 on, 4 off. Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire Main Duties for IT Support Technician: * Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) by resolving tickets promptly. * Coordinating site visits for Field Engineers when remote resolution is not possible. * Delivering exceptional customer service to surpass client and business expectations. * Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to resolve tickets as needed. Experience required for IT Support Technician: * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing conflicting deadlines. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders. * Office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
