RME Consultants are working with a business in Banbury to find a Graduate Sales Executive to join their growing team. Are you looking for your first sales role where you can develop a career within a lucrative market?
Salary: £23,500 - £26,000 (after progression)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time, Hybrid
Contract: Permanent
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Main Duties for the Graduate Sales Executive:
- Discovering potential clients interested in collaborating with an external agency through various methods such as telemarketing, personalised email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Investigating appropriate organisations, pinpointing key decision-makers and relevant purchasing personas.
- Pursuing leads generated by the Marketing department.
- Assessing potential clients' existing procedures, requirements, difficulties, and desired outcomes for engaging with a demand generation agency.
- Matching their needs with the business’ wide range of demand generation services.
- Arranging individual meetings for the Account Management team to conduct.
Experience requirement for the Graduate Sales Executive:
- No experience required, but a keen interest in sales is essential.
- Possess a positive, self-motivated, and hunter mentality.
