RME Consultants are working with an exciting business who is looking to add to their Customer Service team due to company growth.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (including a £5,000 bonus)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Contract: Permanent

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire

Main Duties for the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth customer transactions.
  • Provide quotations and assist customers with product-related inquiries.
  • Support order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Assist with credit management and warehousing-related tasks as needed.

Experience requirement for the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles.
  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer experience skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
