The Senior Analyst will support DaVita’s efforts to increase patient engagement among our Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) patient population, which includes patients across the kidney care continuum including CKD, ESKD and transplant patients. Our team is focused on improving care team’s ability to reach and engage patients. We believe that sustained patient engagement will lead to improved outcomes and a reduction in total cost of care. We often operate in white spaces and require acting as an “owner” to bring projects from idea to execution, proactively problem solve, or double down on adoption of best practices to support a positive patient experience. This role will support care team enablement and omnichannel outreach efforts.
Within the enablement space, projects could include:
- Data analysis of contact data, patient preferences, and process adherence
- Resource development, such as training, job aids, and reporting for care teammates & operations leaders.
Within the omnichannel space, projects could include:
- Opportunity sizing for email & SMS campaigns
- Pilot design and execution
- Compiling campaign learnings & recommending enhancements to drive performance.
Details:
This role will be highly analytical in nature, and candidates should expect to spend 50% of their time analyzing data and reporting findings. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience in consulting, analytics, project management, or strategy role, preferably in the healthcare space. Fewer than 3 years will be considered if applicant has DaVita experience.
Analysis
- Lead data analysis, including thinking critically about assumptions, linking data sources, and effectively using formulas and pivot tables to provide recommendations
- Build dashboards and/or trackers to drive action with key stakeholders to improve teammate adoption and drive leader visibility
Strategy & Project Management
- Translate learnings into strategic recommendations for optimizing current processes and/or campaigns
- Support the development, piloting, and deployments of process improvements and innovative programs by driving work lanes independently
Execution
- Independently problem solve across groups, including an ability to articulate the problem and align stakeholders around a solution
- Create practical and effective resources for care teams to drive engagement processes & best practices
- Lean into TEAM, both within our group and others, to foster a collaborative, get-stuff-done environment
- Manage a queue of high visibility projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate self-motivation, responsiveness, and a continuous improvement mindset
Communication
- Prepare Power Point presentations catered to the audience level and key meeting objectives
- Create digestible training materials and resources for teammates and leaders
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, including brevity, action orientation, and appropriate tone
Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, project management, or a corporate strategy role preferred. Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience. Strong analytical and presentation skills required (effective use of PPT & Excel tested during interview process). Work references required. Colorado residency required (ability to commute 3 days per week).

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.
