About the Role

RMB Driving is currently recruiting 6 Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established client based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent work with a regular Tuesday to Friday shift pattern. The role involves delivering flooring products to both retail stores and residential customers. Successful candidates will initially join on a temporary basis, with permanent positions available for the right individuals following a successful probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver flooring products to stores and residential addresses
  • Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Assist with unloading deliveries as required
  • Handball flooring products at delivery locations
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks
  • Complete delivery paperwork and PODs accurately
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused service

Requirements

  • Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
