Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: Flexible Day Shifts (Monday to Friday)

Are you an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver looking for flexible agency work in Northampton?

We're recruiting professional and reliable HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join our growing driving team. We have a wide range of ongoing ad hoc assignments with leading transport, logistics and distribution companies across Northampton and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for occasional shifts or regular weekday work, we have opportunities to suit your availability.

The Role

  • Completing a variety of Class 2 driving assignments, including:
  • Multi-drop deliveries
  • Palletised deliveries and collections
  • General haulage
  • RDC deliveries and collections
  • Local and regional routes
  • Vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
  • Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of well-known clients.

Requirements

  • Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • Valid Driver CPC
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good understanding of Drivers' Hours Regulations and the Working Time Directive
  • Professional, reliable and punctual
  • Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements)

Experience as a Class 2 Driver, HGV Driver, LGV Driver, Category C Driver, Delivery Driver or Multi Drop Driver is beneficial, although newly qualified drivers may be considered for suitable assignments.
