RM Group operates through three businesses: Technology (Managed Services, Software and Infrastructure for Schools), Assessment (Software and Services) and TTS (Educational Resources). This role sits within TTS (Educational Resources). TTS has proudly supported the education sector for almost 40 years, collaborating with teachers and educational experts to create unique and innovative resources that engage children and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
TTS is one of the largest suppliers of educational resources to international markets with significant revenue across multiple channels. We develop and source a comprehensive range of items that support educational attainment and create inspiring learning environments worldwide. We have been supplying schools and distributors globally for more than 40 years and offer over 50,000 resources of which 6,000 are ownâdeveloped IP.
We are looking for a resultsâoriented Digital Delivery Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and deployment of digital projects across our B2B and B2C eâcommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and corporate WordPress sites. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations, UX/UI teams) to understand customer and business pain points. Gather requirements and define clear acceptance criteria for all new features and enhancements. Ensure backlog items are clearly articulated, detailed, and readily available for execution in Agile sprints.
- Project Leadership & Execution: Drive endâtoâend delivery of complex digital projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Create detailed project plans, manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and mitigate risks proactively. Track project budgets and control costs. Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standâups, reviews, retrospectives). Own and prioritize the product backlog (user stories, epics, features) for development teams.
- Team Collaboration & Guidance: Work closely with external development managers, solution architects, product owners, and QA leads to remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative and highâperforming team environment.
- UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with design and user experience teams to ensure the final product is intuitive, engaging, and delivers a bestâinâclass customer journey for both B2B and B2C users.
- Performance & Optimization: Utilize analytics, user feedback, and market research to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates, customer satisfaction).
- Platform Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the capabilities and functionalities of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Business Manager, SFRA, etc.) and WordPress to maximize the platforms' potential.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and IT. Facilitate clear communication channels, manage expectations, provide regular status reports, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
- Experience: Experience in digital project or delivery management, with a proven track record of delivering complex web/eâcommerce platforms.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of eâcommerce architecture including order management, payments, PIM systems, and integrations (APIs), and web development technologies i.e. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP (for WordPress), Apex, and Visualforce. Familiarity with deployment pipelines, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, and content management systems. Experience with Salesforceâspecific tools and frameworks such as SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture), Lightning Components/Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Business Manager.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels and spectrum of Tech understanding. Strong problemâsolving abilities, with keen attention to detail. With the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fastâpaced environment. Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce Reports) to drive dataâinformed decisions.
- Education & Certifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related discipline is required. Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)) are highly desirable.
