Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and other hardware to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime.
  • Monitor data center operations both remotely and on‑site, quickly diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices, including Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Manage and troubleshoot both Linux and Windows‑based systems, performing essential updates, patches, and security enhancements.
  • Document all installations, repairs, maintenance tasks, and system performance, producing comprehensive reports for remote management.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data center infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with remote IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance operations and actively participate in planning and executing efficiency projects.
