RM Recruit are proud to be working with an excellent organisation based in Stratford-Upon-Avon who are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Manager to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis working 22.5 hours per week. This role is based onsite with some flexibility to work from home. You will play a key role in the effective operation and development of our organisation. This is a varied and strategic position requiring a broad skill set, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The post holder will be responsible for managing core business support functions, including IT systems, operational coordination, compliance, and contract management. You will work closely with senior leaders and external partners to ensure systems, processes, and governance arrangements are robust, efficient, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the organisation’s IT systems, ensuring they are effective, secure, and fit for purpose
  • Lead on systems development and continuous improvement initiatives
