Head of Financial Planning - Social Housing

RM Recruit are partnering with a Midlands based Housing Association to assist in the recruitment of their Head of Financial Planning vacancy. This is a key role in the delivery of financial regulatory returns and working with the association to business to benchmark services and support best use of resources. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the post holder will operate as a member of senior management team and help determine the corporate objectives of the group.\\n\\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\\n\\n * Leading on Financial Planning and long term financial modelling Responsible for the Treasury function including cash flow and liquidity management, covenant compliance and modelling opportunities/risks.\\n\\n * Leading in all finance related regulatory reporting (SDR, FVA etc)\\n\\n * Meeting all external deadlines for regulatory/statutory returns, ensuring in-depth reviews pre-submission\\n\\n * Assisting the Group Finance Director in the preparation of the group business plan and group financial statements\\n\\n * Undertaking data and trend analysis of the Group, the sector and other organisations to ensure continuous improvement and efficiencies of reporting and Group performance.\\n\\n * Managing the Group loan portfolio, ensuring compliance and up to date policies are in place\\n\\n * Managing 1 team member\\n\\nWe are ideally seeking applications with Social Housing sector experience.
