RM Recruit are working with a Birmingham-based third sector organisation seeking a confident Finance Team Leader on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is predominantly office-based with five days per week onsite during the six-month probation; after probation, there may be an option to work from home one day per week.
You will lead a small finance team across sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support the wider business.
