RM Recruit are delighted to be working with an excellent organisation within the third sector who are actively seeking a proactive and confident Senior Management Accountant to join their team in Solihull on a full-time 6-12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation, offering a hybrid working arrangement with one day per week from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation
- Monthly payroll reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare budgets and forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Management of the team
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to drive financial performance
- Support year-end processes and liaise with auditors as required
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting
Requirements:
- Fully qualified or Part Qualified Accountants (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a senior management accounting role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
