RM Recruit Ltd is working in partnership with our Lambeth based Housing client who are on the lookout for a Senior Leasehold Officer for a period of 18 months. As a Senior Leasehold Officer, you will manage and oversee all aspects of leasehold management, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering excellent customer service to leaseholders. You will act as a key point of contact for leaseholders, managing complex cases and supporting the leasehold team in achieving operational excellence. Main duties include: Manage a portfolio of leasehold properties, ensuring compliance with leases and relevant legislation. Oversee lease extensions, enfranchisement, and variation processes.Respond to and resolve leaseholder queries, complaints, and disputes effectively. Ensure accurate calculation and issuance of service charges. Review and monitor service charge budgets, reconciling accounts and addressing discrepancies. Provide guidance and support to leaseholders regarding service charges and payments. Ensure compliance with all leasehold and landlord-tenant legislation, including Section 20 consultations.
