RM Recruit is proud to be partnering with a brilliant not-for-profit organisation based in Leamington Spa to recruit a bright and articulate Administrative Officer. This is a part-time opportunity, offered on a 12-month maternity cover basis, working 25 hours per week. The role is predominantly remote, with the requirement to attend the office in Leamington Spa once per month. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual looking to contribute to a meaningful cause within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and minute-taking
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners as required
