RM Recruit are working with a large charity to recruit an Interim Systems Accountant for their team. This role will support the Head of Finance with a number of improvement projects following the implementation of their new Cloud based accounting system. The organisation requires a system savvy contractor who is confident with using a range of finance systems and embedding further modules post go-live.
- Support Data Migration: Assisting with migrating data from the test environments to the live system.
- Monitor Systems Post-Go-Live: Offering user support and overseeing system performance following launch.
- Identify, alert, and help resolve: Any technical or process issues.
- Work with team: Handling system configuration.
- Provide input and support: For IT-related challenges.
- Assist with Month-End Activities: Provide background support during month-end processes post-implementation.
- Create or update documentation: Related to system setup, testing, and procedures.
Previous system project experience is essential and we are able to consider both Qualified or qualified by experience accountants. This will be a remote role with a duration of 6 Months.
