RM Recruit are proud to be working with a third sector organisation based in Birmingham who are seeking a confident, Finance Team Leader on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a predominantly office-based role, with attendance required five days per week (Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week) during the initial six-month probation period.
Following successful completion of probation, there may be the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and develop a small finance team.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the sales ledger, ensuring timely invoicing and credit control.
Manage the purchase ledger function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and supplier payments are made on time.
Take responsibility for the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and in line with statutory requirements.
