TriConnex is a leading provider of multi-utility networks for new-build housing developments. We partner with residential developers and housebuilders to seamlessly connect electricity, water, gas and fibre to new-build homes.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for stock management and control across the warehouse, offsite storage facilities and on site containers.
- Work closely with finance and internal departments to deliver year-end stock audits, KPIs, reporting, and strong cross-functional relationships.
- Manage supplier performance and commercial outcomes through Service Level Agreements, market monitoring, and cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality or delivery.
- Support operational strategy and growth by developing procedures, aligning with company objectives, and building a skilled, motivated team through coaching and development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident IT skills, with a good level of technical competence.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Experience within the utilities, developer, or construction sector is desirable but not essential.
