We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement across materials and plant, managing suppliers to industry standards and working closely with department managers to meet customer needs and enhance the TriConnex offering. The role offers the opportunity to develop and expand the department in line with business growth, supported by management, with scope to develop and enhance processes.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for stock management and control across the warehouse, offsite storage facilities and on site containers.
- Work closely with finance and internal departments to deliver year-end stock audits, KPIs, reporting, and strong cross-functional relationships.
- Manage supplier performance and commercial outcomes through Service Level Agreements, market monitoring, and cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality or delivery.
- Support operational strategy and growth by developing procedures, aligning with company objectives, and building a skilled, motivated team through coaching and development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the business.

- Confident IT skills, with a good level of technical competence.

- Experience within the utilities, developer, or construction sector is desirable but not essential.
