Hours: Full-time Monday - Thursday; 8.00 am - 5.00 pm, Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm with one-hour lunch break.

Main Duties:

  • Proactively maintaining and establishing a high level of customer support to new and existing customers in compliance with the Groups Sales strategy.
  • Generating sales activities to promote the growth of the group in general.
  • Responding to and following up sales enquiries using appropriate methods and administering generally according to the group's requirements.
  • Keeping the stores area in an acceptable condition and always acting in compliance with the Groups Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems.

Other Duties:

  • Undertaking any other duties that are within the skill and capability of the individual as directed by the manager or other designated supervisors.
  • All tasks to be performed in compliance with the Groups Health & Safety and Quality Control systems, as well as any other applicable management systems and best practices implemented by R&M Electrical Group.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a similar-sized commercial organisation is essential.

Training: Training will be delivered primarily through on-the-job learning, allowing employees to develop their skills in a real-work environment with hands-on guidance and support.
