As a Warehouse Operative you will facilitate in the day to day duties that maintain the fast pace and efficient running of the Distribution Centre at Harrier Park, Hucknall. Reporting into the Team Leader, you will be an integral part of a team ensuring RMR distribution shipment targets and goods receipting are to company objectives and to appropriate quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- To work effectively within various areas of the Distribution Centre as part of a team.
- To ensure that all relevant working procedures are adhered to and positively promoted.
- To achieve department set targets within deadlines and with high levels of accuracy.
- To be highly aware at all times of the health and safety policy and of individuals’ responsibilities for working in a safe manner.
- To maintain a high standard of ‘working tidy’.
- To maintain a high standard of good practice.
- Any ad hoc duties.
Experience:
- Good basic level of education.
- PC literate.
- Experience of working in a Distribution Centre/Warehouse facility.
- Awareness of working to KPIs.
- Successful team player.
- Excellent communicator.
Desirable:
- VNA/Reach/FLT Licence.
Schedule:
We operate on shift patterns across Monday to Friday, which will be discussed with you. You will be required to work shift patterns on a regular basis.
