Responsibilities

• Management Accountant supporting the RM Resources finance team
• Supporting the preparation of monthly results and management reporting including divisional packs for Group consolidation
• Working with the accounting team on all reconciliations and liaising with the wider finance teams and transactional reporting team in India to ensure accurate flow of information
• Transformation – Supporting business projects to improve process and transition the business across accounting systems and delivery to drive business growth.
• Audit – support the group audit, liaising with the external auditors in preparation information and investigation of issues
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business requirements

Experience

• Previous experience in Management account or Finance Partnering roles
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified or experience
• Exposure to working with the business in a previous role and experience working in cross functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to “get behind the numbers” and understand key drivers within a business
• Expert Excel knowledge
• Experience in using finance and customer management systems
• Experience in analytical and reporting tools
• Experience of general ledger accounting
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical with a keen attention to detail
