Responsibilities
- Solution Ownership & Lifecycle Management
- Own the design, configuration, and performance of solutions across a portfolio of clients.
- Manage the solution lifecycle from discovery through delivery, adoption, and optimisation.
- Ensure solutions are aligned to standards, good practice, and product capability.
- Client Engagement & Guidance
- Act as a primary point of contact for solution‑related discussions with client stakeholders.
- Provide clear, practical guidance on solution design, configuration options, and adoption approaches.
- Build strong working relationships that support confidence, clarity, and predictable delivery.
- Delivery Support & Coordination
- Work closely with project managers, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure smooth, coordinated execution of the product release and deployment processes.
- Support the identification and management of delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure delivery teams have clarity on scope, requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to roadmap direction.
- Provide structured feedback and insights to help shape product improvements.
- Support consistent application of solution governance and delivery practice.
- Proactive Problem Solving
- Identify issues early and work with internal teams to drive timely resolution.
- Apply structured thinking to break down problems and propose practical solutions.
- Maintain momentum during uncertainty by seeking clarity, asking questions, and escalating appropriately.
- Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning
- Develop a solid understanding of product features, configuration options, and constraints.

- Support clients to achieve adoption and measurable value from the solution.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation or enhancement within the existing solution footprint.
