RM Design & Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/ Programmer to join our production team in Southam.

The role involves programming, setting and operating large-format 5-axis CMS machines to produce one-off and low-volume tooling for automotive, motorsport, composites and vacuum forming projects.

You will use CAM software, particularly Power Mill, read engineering drawings and 3D CAD models, and contribute to manufacturing decisions while maintaining quality standards.
