Provide legal services for Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Trusts, and capacity issues.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will provide legal services to clients in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and capacity issues, including deputyship. They will also assist in coordinating the team's activities and achieving business objectives. The role is urgent and is an ongoing requirement that may last 3 - 6 months or longer. On-site working is required for ideally 3 days per week, with the remainder from home (hours full time or 4 days per week minimum).
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal services for Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and capacity issues
- Assist in coordinating the team's activities and objectives
- Attend clients on-site
- Ensure excellent client service and maintain professional standards
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or qualified by experience
