Salary: £50 to £70ph

Join a well regarded multi-office regional law firm in the Somerset area, on a Locum basis. Requirement is for an experienced Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer to join the team to cover a recruitment gap. Handle a Litigation caseload including Contract, Professional Negligence, Landlord Tenant, Property Litigation and more. Position is to start in the next few weeks for an initial two months, likely longer to cover a recruitment gap. Full time hours preferable but part time (minimum 3 days per week) can be considered. On site, hybrid or fully remote working available for this role!

Position Overview

Our client, an established multi-office regional law firm, is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer to assist their team with an urgent recruitment gap cover. Hybrid/remote and flexible working feasible and good scope to take on quality work at a good level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload.
  • Work autonomously.
  • Provide excellent legal advice to clients.
  • Support the litigation team effectively.
  • Handle matters from instruction to completion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in Litigation Law.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or other equivalent fee earning experience.
  • Proven ability to work on a standalone basis.
  • Strong communication and client care skills.
