This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Children and Domestic Abuse matters to join an established, highly regarded and supportive specialist practice. Position Overview You will manage your own caseload comprising predominantly legally aided Children and Domestic Abuse matters, alongside some privately funded work. Responsibilities will include: Managing your own family law caseload from instruction through to conclusion Handling Children and Domestic Abuse matters Conducting your own advocacy where appropriate and attending Court with Counsel where required Ensuring key diary dates, court directions and deadlines are met Providing support and oversight on colleagues' files during periods of absence or where additional assistance is required Maintaining excellent standards of client care and professional compliance Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Family Law team Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives where appropriate The firm has invested significantly in technology, case management systems and home-working equipment, enabling lawyers to work effectively and flexibly. You will also benefit from dedicated support staff, appropriate levels of supervision and an established mentoring programme.
