On site working preferable, but this position can be carried out on a fully remote basis, if necessary. Flexible working hours and market rate.
Our client, a niche Family Law firm in the South West, is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer for a Locum position covering a recruitment gap.
Position Overview
The Family Lawyer will handle a busy caseload of private family work including divorce, finances and children act work. The work is mostly high net worth and good quality, all well run and organised.
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing caseload of Family Law matters.
- Take on any new matters as required.
- Ensure clear communication and transparency with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Instruct counsel for hearings where required.
Requirements
- Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee earner with minimum 4 years' PQE in Family Law (private) matters.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Benefits
- Hourly rate between £50 and £60ph.
