Position Overview
The Conveyancer will independently manage residential conveyancing files from initial instruction through to completion and registration, ensuring seamless progression and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage conveyancing files independently from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
- Engage with external platforms and third-party providers
- Address requisitions and resolve issues to maintain progress
- Ensure compliance with CDD, SoF/SoW, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Conveyancer with 2+ years' experience in a fee earner position
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or otherwise qualified by experience
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
