An established and highly regarded regional commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to join its busy team on an interim locum basis.
The firm has a strong and varied property disputes practice, and the successful locum will assist with an existing caseload covering matters such as:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Breach of lease, rent arrears and forfeiture
- Dilapidations and breach of covenant claims
- Business lease renewals
- Easements and rights of way
- Adverse possession, boundary and party wall disputes
- Property ownership/TOLATA disputes
- Farming and rural property disputes
Ideally, you will be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor who can hit the ground running and handle matters with minimal supervision. Around 4+ years' PQE would be useful as a guide, although applications are welcomed from candidates with the appropriate level of experience.
Location: Fully remote or on site/hybrid at office in Dorset/Somerset

Duration: 3 - 6 months, to assist during a recruitment gap
Hours: Full or part time
Rate: £50 to £75 per hour
