This international organisation is looking for a confident and experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager who has had prior experience working on strategic and tactical initiatives to attract students and early careers talent. The campaigns that are run are multi-faceted, including advertising, social media, events, print and other activities. They are predominantly annual, so need to be well-organised and monitored to ensure engagement and campaign success.
Duties for the Marketing Campaigns Manager will revolve around developing, implementing and evaluating campaigns in terms of attracting talent. Much of this will stem from understanding the audience and gearing materials and timings to this while underpinning business objectives and brand integrity.
You will oversee a small team, so it is essential that as a manager you can pull all collateral and activities together to ensure maximum impact and, in turn, success.
