This international organisation are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead a small team (4 people) for a 12-month period covering a maternity leave. The Manager will be expected to work on and develop a varied series of campaigns, some generated by outside agencies, to reach a younger target market on average between 16-25 years of age.
It’s a role where a variety of national and international campaigns will be running at any one time which may need to be amended or changed depending upon reach and success. These will involve social media, events, print, influencer and online activities so it’s essential that the Manager is able to lead the team in responding to the demands of all of these types of campaigns.
It’s a busy, vibrant and involved role and will offer challenge but also a great deal of satisfaction as targets and outcomes can be clearly recognised.
