This international organisation is looking for a confident and experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager who has prior experience working on strategic and tactical initiatives to attract students and early career talent. With this being a very specific market, the campaigns that are run are multi‑faceted to include advertising, social media, events, print and other activities. They are predominantly annual so need to be well‑organised and also monitored to ensure engagement and campaign success.
Duties for the Marketing Campaigns Manager will revolve around developing, implementing and evaluating campaigns in terms of attracting talent. Much of this will stem from understanding the audience and gearing materials and timings to this while at the same time underpinning business objectives but also brand integrity. You will oversee a small team and so it's essential that as a manager you can pull all collateral and activities together to ensure maximum impact and in turn, success.
The successful applicant will have solid experience planning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns and be used to coordinating a busy team to achieve this. They will understand the student/early career market and also the differing demands of youth marketing. Previous experience of project management, looking after budgets and working in a results‑driven environment is essential.
