This well-respected international organisation are seeking an experienced and preferably qualified/accredited Internal Auditor to join its busy team that look after assurance and advice for offices worldwide.

The role will have a strong focus on identifying potential weaknesses and creating a robust framework to assess risk and improve resilience across the business. It’s ideal for an auditor who enjoys variety, autonomy but also the human impact rather than just purely the financial situation. This is an interesting opportunity for those seeking a post where they can make a difference rather than just mitigate risk!

Candidates should have solid previous internal audit experience and be confident working with a variety of stakeholders and topics across a large number of locations. Previous experience of working with different cultures and in settings where English isn’t always the first language is required and the demonstration of the delivery of successful projects in these environments is a must. Clear effective communication skills are essential as is the ability to incept and lead projects, alongside individual audits and create comprehensive reporting materials for a variety of audiences globally. A good understanding of Agile methodologies and audit frameworks is essential. The role will require some travel both in the UK and overseas but not at short notice or for prolonged periods.
