As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. PAYRATE £16.50 PER HOUR PAYE + HOLIDAY ACCRUED ON TOP Responsibilities Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, securing loads appropriately. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing the company professionally at all times. Qualifications Valid UK driving licence with appropriate endorsements for commercial driving. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, preferably with flatbed lorries. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in driving. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Good physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks as required. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
