Based from either our Bridgend or Treorchy offices, with remote working opportunities available, we are now looking for an experienced Children Law Fee Earner, Solicitor or CILEx to join the RLE Law team.
The role will include the following duties:
- Ability to independently manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, completing work efficiently & competently;
- Supervision of junior colleagues, assisting with the development of their work and offering support when required;
- Deliver a high-quality service to the firm’s clients, ensuring that positive business relationships are maintained & that the firm is easily accessible;
- Be able to contribute towards drafting content for legal updates & seeks out business development opportunities by attending conferences & networking events & cross-referencing work.
Person Specification:
- Experience of conducting fee earning within a department carrying out both public and private law children cases, with experience of having conducted your own case load being desirable;
- Experience and knowledge of legal aid systems & advocacy being desirable;
- Commercial Awareness and willingness to actively participate in Marketing and Business Development;
- Effective communicator, with ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism & courtesy.
