We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through to production and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects related to EV systems, components, or infrastructure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met while driving collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for EV-related initiatives including product development, component integration, infrastructure deployment, or system validation.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, manufacturing, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum and project integrity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, providing regular updates and status reports.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements relevant to the EV industry (e.g., ISO, IATF, regulatory bodies).
- Drive adherence to technical specifications and manage scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
- Support strategic initiatives including new model launches, battery system integration, charging technology rollouts, or vehicle platform upgrades.
- Leverage EV-specific knowledge to anticipate technical challenges and propose industry-best solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record managing complex projects in technical environments, preferably within automotive or clean tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of EV technologies, market dynamics, and product development cycles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Excellent experience of project management experience, with at least 2–3 years specifically within the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector (e.g., battery systems, drivetrains, vehicle platforms, or EV infrastructure).
