We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior Production Engineer to join our Production Engineering team, so that we can build and maintain highly reliable, scalable infrastructure that supports continuous, secure software delivery. The Senior Engineer will leverage deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and reliability engineering to ensure high-performing production systems and drive operational excellence across the platform.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes) to support scalable, secure, and highly available production environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and production incidents in order to improve system reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions to enable consistent, automated deployments.
  • Implement observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing) to proactively detect issues and improve system visibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to enhance platform reliability, performance, and compliance.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 6–9 years of experience in Production Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles within cloud-based environments.
  • Proven success in maintaining and improving reliability of distributed systems, including incident response and performance optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, CI/CD tooling, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
  • Ability to work from our Skopje office in a hybrid setup.
  • Sincere interest in building reliable infrastructure that supports critical healthcare systems in regulated environments.
  • A knack for working collaboratively across cross-functional teams while independently solving complex operational challenges.
