We're searching for a London-based Sales Manager – New Business to join our QCS Sales team, so that we can accelerate new business acquisition across the UK social care and health provider market. The Sales Manager will lead, coach and develop a team of New Business Account Executives who own the full-cycle sales process — from pipeline generation to closing deals across inbound and outbound channels — to consistently deliver against quarterly revenue targets and grow QCS's footprint in the social care sector.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- Leading, coaching and growing a team of up to 6 New Business Account Executives to deliver maximum revenue outcomes.
- Refining and championing the QCS Go-To-Market playbook, applying the MEDDPICC sales framework to drive new business acquisition and consistent quota attainment.
- Running sales team rituals — including trainings, prep calls, pipeline reviews, and 1:1s — to embed a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Coaching your team on qualification and discovery, helping them identify customer needs, pains, and desired business outcomes to build compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI.
- Taking a hands-on approach by regularly joining prospect meetings alongside your team to support deal progression and closure.
- Forecasting your team's monthly revenue attainment accurately and using data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks to team and customer success.
- Partnering with cross-functional colleagues across Go-To-Market, Product, and Leadership to drive and close business.
- Becoming a domain expert on digitisation and the UK social care market, offering credible perspectives that shape strategy and customer conversations.
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
- 3+ years of individual contributor experience in a B2B sales environment, plus 2+ years managing a team of high-performing sales reps.
- Proven success as a top performer, with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and raising the bar on personal and team performance.
- In-depth knowledge of how to manage a pipeline of deals consultatively, proactively and effectively, using data to inspire and enable your team.
- Ability to communicate and teach complex problems and processes simply and effectively, alongside a data-driven approach to forecasting and sales process refinement.
- Ability to commute to our Central London office 2 days per week (hybrid working model).
- Sincere interest in the social care sector and the QCS mission to raise the standard of care.
- A knack for working collaboratively and empathetically within a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment, while remaining adaptable and resilient.
