We’re searching for a People Process & System Specialist to join our Organisational Effectiveness team, so that we can support the delivery of our HR Systems implementation programme and strengthen process consistency, scalability, and operational effectiveness across the organisation. The People Process & System Specialist will design and document key people processes, support project delivery, and partner across multiple workstreams to ensure smooth, efficient, and aligned execution of programme and organisational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with process design workshops to capture “as‑is” and “to‑be” processes across functional teams
- Documenting end‑to‑end processes, decision points, inputs and outputs to build clear, scalable process frameworks
- Maintaining a central repository of process documentation with version control and updates
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce friction
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans and schedules
- Tracking risks, issues, and actions to ensure accountability and timely escalation
- Preparing project dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform key stakeholders
- Analysing project and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Facilitating design sessions, workshops, and decision-making forums to drive alignment
- Coordinating with project leads and SMEs to translate requirements into practical process solutions
- Supporting data analysis, data upload, and migration activities to ensure alignment with new processes
- Contributing to broader organisational effectiveness initiatives, including capability development and change readiness
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Experience in process documentation, process improvement, or project support
- Experience in HR process design or HR systems implementation (Dayforce or similar a plus)
- Hands‑on experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical skills, structured problem‑solving and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within multi‑workstream programme environments
- Ability to commute to Richmond office 2–3 days a week
- A knack for working collaboratively and operating with high levels of organisation and accuracy
