We’re searching for a UK based Product Manager – Optima to join our Product Management Team, so that we can deliver innovative workforce management solutions that improve nursing operations and patient outcomes. The Product Manager – Optima will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Optima scheduling and rostering solution to ensure clarity, usability, and measurable value for our nursing customers.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Defining product vision and strategy for Optima to support nursing workforce management
- Driving roadmap execution in order to align with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborating with development squads and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- Engaging with customers and stakeholders to refine priorities and improve adoption
- Managing our interface service to surface Optima data clearly and effectively
