We are searching for a UK-based Solution Advisory to join our GCS Defence engagement team, so that we can deepen strategic relationships, drive complex account growth, and expand RLDatix solutions across defence and government environments in the UK and Europe.
In this Advisory role, you will act as a trusted expert, independently owning complex enterprise accounts and guiding senior stakeholders through high-value, mission-critical solution decisions. You will combine deep sector intelligence with technical and commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions, win competitive tenders, and maximise long-term value across mature and strategically significant accounts.
How Youβll Spend Your Time
- Designing tailored account strategies to solve complex client challenges and optimise adoption of RLDatix solutions across defence and government environments.
- Diagnosing underlying operational and strategic issues within key accounts in order to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, value realisation, and revenue growth.
- Distilling healthcare, defence, and regulatory market intelligence to inform proactive account planning, competitive positioning, and tender strategy.
- Building trusted relationships with senior military and government decision makers to strengthen partnerships, increase retention, and drive long-term account expansion.
- Influencing senior decision-makers through compelling presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure commitment for high-value technology investments.
- Demonstrating advanced product capabilities through live, consultative sessions tailored to complex client requirements and procurement frameworks.
- Utilising your network of contacts to drive engagement and conversations to expand knowledge and understanding of our force readiness capabilities.
- Leading competitive tender activity end-to-end, developing high-impact proposals, bid libraries, and content frameworks to maximise win rates.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, solutions, and leadership teams to deliver unified, best-in-class outcomes for strategic accounts.
What Kind of Things Weβre Most Interested in You Having
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS solution sales, ideally within defence, aerospace, government, or other mission-critical sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise account portfolios, securing senior-level buy-in, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of workforce planning, resource optimisation, and digital transformation in regulated or high-assurance environments.
- Strong understanding of MOD procurement frameworks, NATO standards, and security clearance processes.
- Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex decision-making landscapes, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Experience delivering tailored solution demonstrations, managing competitive tenders, and positioning differentiated SaaS solutions.
- Ability to travel regularly across the UK and Europe while being UK-based.

- A knack for working independently while collaborating cross-functionally within a fast-growing, global, matrixed environment.
