We're searching for a UK-based Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, so that we can successfully deliver complex, high-value customer implementations and ensure exceptional customer outcomes. The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects, acting as the primary point of accountability for delivery success, customer satisfaction, governance, and commercial performance, in order to deliver measurable value for both our customers and RLDatix.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of complex, customer facing implementation projects using our project management methodology to ensure delivery to time, cost, quality, and customer experience standards.
  • Partnering with senior customer stakeholders to build trusted relationships, manage expectations, and maintain confidence in delivery outcomes.
  • Establishing and running project governance (Steering Groups, project boards, delivery forums) in order to provide clarity, control, and effective decision-making.
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change control to protect delivery outcomes, customer experience, and commercial performance.
  • Owning project financials including budgets, forecasting, margin protection, revenue recognition inputs, and accurate project reporting.
  • Developing and tracking benefits realisation plans with customers to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved and value is validated post-implementation.
  • Providing accurate, insightful reporting on project health and performance, implementing recovery ("go-to-green") plans where required.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Support, Finance, R&D, IT, and Technical teams to ensure joined-up customer delivery.
  • Providing matrix leadership, mentoring, and coaching to project team members and Services colleagues to raise delivery capability and consistency across the organisation.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 5+ years' experience delivering complex, customer facing projects within a software, SaaS, or technical delivery environment.
  • Proven success managing senior and executive-level customer stakeholders, including escalation and decision-making in complex delivery scenarios.
  • Strong experience working within structured delivery frameworks and PMO governance models.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end project delivery, including mobilisation, governance, risk management, financial control, and benefits realisation.
  • Ability to balance customer outcomes with commercial, operational, and risk considerations.
  • Experience in healthcare, governance, risk, or compliance software environments (desirable, not essential).
  • Excellent executive communication and influencing skills, with the credibility to operate confidently at C-suite level.
  • A calm, resilient, and adaptable approach, with strong judgement and decision-making capability under pressure.
  • A collaborative leadership style, leading through influence rather than line management.
