We’re searching for a London-based Senior Creative Designer to join our Creative Design team, so that we can rebuild internal creative capacity and deliver high-quality marketing design across our global and corporate initiatives, with a strong UK and Europe focus. The Senior Creative Designer will create marketing assets across channels, bring stakeholder content to life visually, and lead on complex event and large-format print work to support our marketing teams and elevate how creative work gets delivered.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Design marketing assets across channels, including event materials, brochures, signage, presentations, social media, website-supporting visuals, and templates, in order to bring stakeholder content to life visually.
- Create large-format print and event design for booths, stands, signage, and physical assets, applying knowledge of production details, vendor specifications, and print-ready file export to deliver production-ready work.
- Edit video and work with basic motion graphics to support campaigns and events, helping to shape guidelines and templates for emerging AI-assisted video production.
- Partner with marketing and stakeholder teams across the UK and Europe to translate provided content into polished visual execution across a highly varied workload.
- Explore AI-enabled ways of working and process improvements in order to optimise creative workflows, accelerate timelines, and improve how creative work gets delivered.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Senior-level experience in graphic, creative, marketing, brand, visual, or integrated design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing marketing design, print, event materials, signage, brochures, and ideally motion or video work.
- Proven success delivering complex print production and event design, with the ability to hit the ground running on physical production, vendor specifications, and print-ready files.
- In-depth knowledge on how to apply strong design principles and layout skills using the Adobe Creative Suite, alongside comfort editing video and working with basic motion graphics.
- Ability to commute to our London office approximately one day per week.
- Sincere interest in exploring AI-enabled ways of working and new tools to optimise creative workflows, with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- A knack for working collaboratively within a small, rebuilding team where you can influence process, suggest tools, and act as a key creative partner to marketing stakeholders.
