We’re searching for a UK-based Pre‑Sales Analyst to join our Solution Advisory team, so that we can deliver compelling technical solutions and drive successful client engagements across the healthcare sector. The Pre‑Sales Analyst will support pre‑sales activities by delivering technical demonstrations, contributing to bid responses, and engaging in consultancy assessments to help healthcare organisations make informed decisions and achieve better patient outcomes.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Deliver structured technical presentations and live product demonstrations to prospective clients to ensure clear alignment between customer requirements and solution capabilities.
  • Contribute to technical sections of tender responses and bid documentation in order to support the creation of persuasive, accurate, and compliant proposals.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to gather and clarify technical and operational requirements to identify inefficiencies, drivers for change, and quantifiable ROI opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain technical guides, product capability matrices, and demonstration materials in order to support sales team enablement and client education.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of product features and the competitive landscape to support product comparisons and demonstrate unique value propositions.
  • Assist in the delivery of structured consultancy assessments, including data gathering and analysis, to ensure consistent, high‑quality outputs and successful client outcomes.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a pre‑sales role and/or 2 years using an RLDatix product, ideally medics workforce product.
  • Proven success in collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support bid responses and deliver impactful technical demonstrations.
  • In‑depth knowledge on how to communicate technical information clearly and create concise, well‑structured technical summaries for diverse audiences including C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Understanding of and experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably within a software or technology environment.
  • Confidence and experience in delivering presentations to prospective end users and senior decision‑makers.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a dynamic, remote team environment, with the flexibility to travel to customer sites across the UK & Ireland as required.
  • Self‑motivated and driven mindset, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced sales environment.
