We’re searching for a UK based Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services Workforce team, so that we can deliver consistent, high-quality implementations and ensure best-practice service delivery for our customers. You will provide a strong grounding across the Services function, supporting implementation projects through analysis, configuration, training, and documentation, while working collaboratively with internal teams to help RLDatix deliver outstanding client outcomes.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Building strong working relationships with internal teams and customers to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Performing data analysis using customer and RLDatix data to support implementation projects
- Configuring the HealthSuite product in line with best practices within a defined product set
- Training customers on HealthSuite to enable effective adoption and long-term success
- Preparing presentations and documentation ready for review by Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Supporting project administration and governance, keeping documentation and APM reporting up to date
- Delivering product demonstrations as required throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Monitoring and reporting project progress to the Managing Consultant, escalating risks where necessary
- Keeping Client Services leadership informed of technical or political developments that may impact delivery
- Striving for excellent client feedback on every implementation engagement

- High attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately
- Ability and willingness to learn, particularly developing expertise in the RLDatix HealthSuite
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- A customer-centric mindset, with empathy, professionalism, and a strong desire to achieve project goals
- Flexibility and adaptability, responding positively to changing priorities and customer needs
- Ability to travel across the UK & Ireland as part of the role
- A collaborative working style, contributing positively within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
